1. Purpose

This agreement outlines the terms under which the driver rents and uses the vehicle from Australia Xingchen Group Pty Ltd, and the owner provides two layers of damage liability waiver in exchange for fixed daily fees.

2. Minor Damage Waiver Coverage (AUD $10/day)

The car owner agrees not to claim for the following minor damages:

• Light scratches or scuffs to the body
• Small dents (less than 2 cm diameter)
• Cosmetic wheel or plastic trim damage
• Paint blemishes and minor stone chips
• Superficial marks on the bumper or doors

3. Excess Waiver Coverage (AUD $10/day)

The car is covered under a comprehensive insurance policy that includes a standard $1,000 excess. Under this waiver:

• The driver will not be responsible for paying the excess in the event of an insurable accident
• The car owner will not seek reimbursement from the driver for the excess amount
• This waiver only applies to insured events and requires compliance with all road laws

Exclusions:

• Intentional or illegal use of the vehicle
• Unlawful acts (e.g., DUI, unauthorized drivers)

4. Payment Terms

• The driver agrees to pay:
• AUD $10/day Minor Damage Waiver
• AUD $10/day Excess Waiver
• Fees are to be paid before or at the start of the rental period, unless otherwise agreed
